How We Manage
YH Home Management is a full-service property management company serving the needs of absentee owners who purchase properties for personal and/or investment properties in Beit Shemesh and the surrounding areas. We manage your properties as if they are our own, giving you the peace of mind that the entire setup process and management period run as smoothly and stress-free as possible
As a sub-division of Yigal Realty, we provide a long term solution for those that aren’t located in Israel and are looking for a local partner to help them with their new properties.
Our Strengths
In Israel’s complex real estate market, partnering with a property manager to represent you throughout the setup of your new property and the tenancy of your rental is vital to having a smooth experience. Our Presence
We are currently managing dozens of apartments and private homes throughout Beit Shemesh, including: Ramat Beit Shemesh Alef, Ramat Beit Shemesh Daled, Neve Shamir (Ramat Beit Shemesh Hey) and Mishkafayim.
We have plans to expand our services in the coming months to surrounding cities, such as Jerusalem, Modiin, Carmei HaNadiv and more.
